Journey into Spring Series is an exploration that combines live group breathwork journeys and personalised 1:1 sessions, held and facilitated by me. It will tune you into your breath and the deeper parts of yourself that you don’t regularly connect with to create a foundation to live upon.
Think of a tree and its roots. It can’t grow upwards until it has established its roots. So we start with building a strong foundation, or root system, to support you as you grow and express yourself in this world. This foundation is of utmost importance to the success of whatever follows.
My signature approach to facilitating combines connecting in with ourselves and connecting with others, for balance, clarity, increased energy and healing, which leads to new insights, wisdom and self-growth. For me Breathwork is more than an experience or a class, it is a way of life. Standing in your power, fully being you, and shining your light.

I found Breathwork and now you have found me. But it was not Breathwork that changed my life. It was me and my desire for change, my openness, curiosity and courage to go within and face what I would find. Breathwork is a gateway, a tool that can help and sustain you. I am here to be your guide and take you through that gate.
I have the desire to know myself. I’ve learned that in order to know yourself you must be willing to heal yourself. This requires opening up to life and embracing all parts of you. The dark and the light. It takes courage to face what is within, and embrace what is there.
Known by my breathers to create an incredibly safe place to be real and feel the difficult emotions with no judgement.

This Breathwork series was created from my experience of holding 100+ Breathwork sessions on different themes. You can experience the benefits of Breathwork in a single session, however the benefits experienced from 10 is life changing and transformational. Rather than offering a pre-recorded course, I believe this work needs live support and space holding and I really care about creating a container where each person feels safe and supported to explore themselves in a new way. Breathwork is deep work, and for that I believe live sessions are needed for you to push past boundaries and really experience what your breath can do for you.
You would choose a live spin, yoga or HIIT class over a pre-recorded session, so why wouldn’t you do the same for Breathwork?
You will join the same intimate group each week, going on this journey together, as there is power in numbers. The breath connects us with life and connects us with each other. More magic can happen and be felt when you share the breath of life with others.

I completed my Breathwork Practitioner training (800 hours) through Alchemy of Breath, which focuses on Conscious Connected Breathing. I have practiced other styles of breathwork including more traditional Pranayama, Holotropic, SOMA, and Wim Hof. I have facilitated over 100 online breathwork classes, from personalized 1:1 sessions to groups of 350 people. I am an explorer of altered states of consciousness and plant medicine. I pursed a corporate career after University before dedicating myself to this path. I have been personally impacted by mental disease through members of my family and my own episodes of anxiety and depression. My offerings combine the knowledge and wisdom I have gained through all of the self work and development I have done, the many jobs I have held, my own healing, insights, practices and time I have given to better understand myself and what life is all about.

Breathwork is a style of meditation where you bring your attention and awareness to your breath and actively breathe. The style of breathwork we will focus on for these sessions is called the Conscious Connected Breath, where each breath is taken consciously and we don’t take any pauses between inhales and exhales. Typically you do this lying down, you can do it from bed if you’d like! The way we breathe has a direct effect on our physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. Scientific research shows that 2/3 of our energy comes from our breath and 70% of toxins are eliminated through the breath. Understanding and using the breath purposefully is a major skill if you want to become a healthy, happy, high-performing individual and enhance every aspect of your life.

There is healing in numbers and I have personally found it more impactful to be learning about myself alongside other similar minded people. More can be felt when breathing alongside others, even online. Small groups was chosen so the journeys can be more personalized and will incorporate each person’s intentions as well.

This is a closed group where no new people will be added after the week two. This way we can get comfortable together as a group.

Wim Hof is a great breathing style, particularly for building endurance and lung capacity. We will not be doing ice baths in these sessions, but they are great if you are into that! If you practice Wim Hof already, the style of breathwork I facilitate would be complementary. Both fall under Conscious Connected Breathing, but Wim Hof uses more breath holding and is less about going on a journey alongside music.

Yes! You do not need to be an experienced meditator or have done breathwork before to join. I will cover everything you need to know.

Yes! As a facilitator you probably know the benefit of having a regular breathwork practice and I would be honored to have you. I do breathwork as a breather at least once a week as I believe in this work.

I highly recommend that you prioritize the session as you would any important appointment, but yes, classes are recorded for those that miss the live class or want to do the journey again.

Pranayama is an ancient yogic breath practice. There are many different Pranayama practices that have different intentions, and they all originate from ‘The Yoga Sutras’, which is an ancient text. Prana in Sanskrit is “life force energy” and Ayama refers to expansion, extension, regulation and control. Through controlling the breath, the mind is controlled and Prana is directed. Pranayama is a practice to prepare for meditation and is very purifying.

Doing Breathwork online through Zoom is of course different from going to a studio, but it does have some benefits that a studio does not offer. You can breathe in the comfort of your own home, even in your bed! Feeling comfortable and safe is so important when you are doing this work, and many people feel more comfortable in their own space. You can breathe from your place of work, on your floor, on the couch, or even in a comfy chair if you prefer.

I pursued a career in Real Estate Private Equity before dedicating my time to my own self growth and development and studying Breathwork along with other modalities. Think excel models, powerpoint presentations, investment presentations, meetings, and business plans. I changed paths in 2018.
